commissions are for personal use only. this means: you cannot profit from the commission in any way or form. this includes but is not limited to: reselling the commission, putting the commission on merchandise, and the like

you will not alter/edit the artwork without my consent.

please credit me if posting and/or using the commission on your socials, etc.

if you break any of the terms listed, you will lose your rights to everything from me and you will be blacklisted from placing any future commissions.

you are of at least 18+ years of age when sending your commission request

you agree that the commissioned artwork (watermarked) can be used for advertisements/commission examples and portfolios. if you would like the artwork to remain private, please let me know

that both parties - client and artist (svnnnne) - will keep each other's personal details concealed.

please fill out your commission request through Artistree. once the commission is approved, a special URL link will be generated to start the process. please do not lose the URL link as i will be using this to communicate with you

commissions are not first come first serve. please do not worry as Artistree will let you know if your commission request has been accepted or declined. i reserve the right to refuse/reject any requests. i may not accept your commission request for various reasons like time or lack of confidence in completing it.

deadlines must be given prior to commission request acceptance.

please give clear and accurate visual references - the more detail the better! i will not be responsible for not including anything you did not request. pose references and inspiration photos are greatly appreciated if you have specific requests. please feel free to consult with me on your ideas!

rough sketches will be sent for your approval through Artistree's message system. you are allowed up to 2 edits during the sketch process. no changes will be accepted after the sketch has been approved.

you are allowed to consult on the progress of your commission, but please note i may have other commitments to attend to - but always happy to keep in touch if you have ideas!

delivery of the commission will include one watermarked version for social media and one clean version with a small artist watermark. if you have specific requirements on this, please consult with me beforehand.

there are no refunds after the commission is finished. client will be refunded in full if the commission has not been started, minus fees. a refund of 50% will apply if partial work is completed.

please note that the prices listed are not final - the price may go down or up based on complexity.

any NFT/Crypto/Blockchain related project will not be accepted. do not ask me about it. likewise, i do not permit clients to resell, use, or distribute their commission in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in this space.

i do not permit any usage of my art, commission works, progress shots of said commission or otherwise, for any machine learning apps/codes as data or to edit said image (e.g. Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc).

i do not consent in using my art for any related machine learning apps/codes/algorithms, and derived technologies.
